A marketplace owns the customer relationship and shows your buyers other events, including your competitors, on the way in and out. Here the page is on your domain, under your brand, and the attendee list belongs to you.
Can I run tiered and group tickets?
Yes. General admission, 2-for-1, group bundles and VIP tables with bottle minimums all work, each with its own inventory, price and sales window. Remaining stock is shown live on the page, which reliably lifts conversion.
When do we get paid?
On the payout schedule set in your fee agreement, typically shortly after the event or on a rolling basis for longer sales windows. The exact terms are written down before you launch.
