Is the fee on top of payment gateway charges?
Yes. The payment gateway takes its own processing charge, which goes to them, not to us. Our $0.99 + 2% is separate and is shown as its own line in your statement so the two are never confused.
What happens on a refunded order?
Our fee is reversed with the order, the flat portion included. You are never left paying a fee on a sale that did not stand.
