Pricing
Two models. Both published in full.
If your site takes orders, we build it free and your customers cover our fee at checkout, so your payout is the full ticket price. If it takes no orders, there is nothing for us to earn from, so we charge for the work instead.
Built, hosted and paid for by your buyers
per order
And the fee is not deducted from you. It is included in the price paid by your customer through Stripe Connect, so a $100 ticket is sold at $102.99 and $100 lands in your account.
On a $100 ticket
- Your customer pays
- $102.99
- You receive
- $100.00
- We receive
- $2.99
- You keep 100% of your ticket price
- Or absorb the fee yourself and settle weekly
- Free tickets carry no fee at all
- Fee reversed in full on refunds
- Every order itemised in your dashboard
Priced to the job, not to a package
depending on size
A five-page site for a plumber and a forty-page site for a clinic are not the same job, so we do not charge the same for them. Pick your scope below and see the range, or pay it over 3, 6, 12 months interest free with nothing on day one.
- 12 months hosting included, then $15/month
- Instalments keep hosting and maintenance included throughout
- Same design and build quality as our free sites
- Switch to the free model if you later start taking orders
Why there is a monthly cost at all
Hosting, SSL certificates, backups, security patching and support are real recurring costs to us. On order-based sites the transaction fee covers them. Without orders, something has to, and quietly absorbing it would mean quietly dropping the maintenance instead.
Paid sites
Three bands, priced by how big the job actually is
Published as ranges rather than one number, because quoting a single figure for work nobody has scoped yet is how clients end up overcharged or disappointed.
Essential
1–5 pages$349–$749
A small, sharp site that says who you are, what you do and how to reach you.
- Trades and single-location services
- Consultants and practitioners
- Anyone replacing a social media page
Business
6–15 pages$799–$1,899
Room for real service pages, locations, team profiles and a blog that can rank.
- Clinics, firms and multi-service businesses
- Restaurants and venues with changing content
- Businesses competing in local search
Bespoke
16+ pages$1,999+
Large sites, unusual requirements, or anything needing systems behind it. Quoted properly after a scoping call.
- Large content or multi-brand sites
- Membership, portals or integrations
- Anything the bands above do not fit
Estimator
Roughly what would yours cost?
No form, no email required. Move the slider, tick what you need, and see the range we would be working within.
Not sure? Count the things you would want in a menu. Most small businesses land between 5 and 12.
Business band
6–15 pages
Room for real service pages, locations, team profiles and a blog that can rank.
Likely range
$799–$1,899
one-time, including 12 months of hosting
Or spread it, interest free
$133–$317/month
over 6 months, nothing to pay upfront. Hosting and maintenance stay included throughout.
An estimate, not a quote. We agree a fixed price with you before any work begins, and it does not move afterwards.
Tell us your budgetAnd if the number still does not work
Tell us your budget in the application and we will tell you honestly what fits inside it. Sometimes that means fewer pages at launch and more later; sometimes it means a longer instalment term; occasionally it means we are the wrong choice and we say so. What we will not do is quote a number, take the work, and cut corners to make it fit.
Order-based sites
Four numbers that stay at zero
These apply to every site we fund through the per-order fee.
To start
No deposit, no setup charge, no design fee. Nothing is invoiced before, during or after the build.
Per month
Hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and content edits included permanently.
Deducted from your payout
The fee is collected from your buyer at checkout, so your payout is the full face value.
On a free ticket
No application fee arises on a zero-value order. A free event costs you nothing.
Run your numbers
What $0.99 + 2% means on your actual sales
The same arithmetic runs on every real order. Nothing is rounded in our favour.
Fee calculator
Where the $0.99 + 2% actually lands
By default the fee is built into the price your customer pays, so your payout is the full ticket price. Put in your own numbers.
In USD. Set 0 for a free ticket.
Each checkout counts as one order.
The $0.99 is charged once per order, not per item. Two tickets bought together are one order. Free tickets carry no fee at all.
One order
$0.99 + 2% per order
- Ticket price
- $100.00
- Application fee
- +$2.99
- Customer pays
- $102.99
Advertised to your customer as $102.99, itemised at checkout as $100.00 + $2.99 fee. Stripe Connect routes $100.00 to you and $2.99 to us.
Across 120 orders
You receive
$12,000
100% of $12,000 in ticket sales
Illustrative only. Your terms are confirmed in writing before your site goes live.

When our model costs you more
If you sell in very high volume for many years, $0.99 + 2% of every order will eventually exceed what a one-off build fee plus cheap hosting would have cost. That is a real trade-off and we would rather you heard it from us. What you are buying in exchange is the removal of all upfront risk, and a partner whose income depends on your site continuing to work. If your volumes are already large and predictable, tell us during the application and we will discuss a capped or tiered rate.
Straight answers
Questions about the fee
Who actually pays the fee?
Your customer does. The fee is included in the price your buyers see from the very first page, and itemised at checkout like a booking fee. A $100 ticket is advertised and sold at $102.99, and the full $100 is routed to your account through Stripe Connect. Nothing is deducted from your payout. Showing the all-in price up front is not a style choice: UK and EU consumer law, and US rules for event tickets, require it.
How much is it?
$0.99 plus 2% of the order value. The 99 cents is charged once per order, not per item, so an order containing four tickets carries one 99 cent charge rather than four. Your exact terms are confirmed in writing before your site goes live and never change without your written agreement.
So the website really costs me nothing at all?
On the default arrangement, yes. No build fee, no hosting bill, and nothing deducted from your sales. Our income comes entirely from the fee your buyers pay at checkout. That is the whole business model, and it is why we only take on sites we believe will sell.
What if I would rather my customers did not see a fee?
Then absorb it. You advertise the clean price, your buyer pays exactly what is on the ticket, and you settle the accumulated fees with us weekly or every two weeks. Plenty of clients prefer this for premium events where a fee line feels wrong.
What about free tickets?
Free is free. A zero-value order carries no application fee at all, for you or for your guest. Giveaways, guest lists and complimentary entry cost nothing to run through us.
Is the fee on top of Stripe's own charges?
Stripe takes its own processing charge, which goes to Stripe rather than to us. Our fee is separate and appears as its own line, so the two are never confused. Both are visible in your dashboard against every order.
What happens if an order is refunded?
The fee is reversed along with the order, the flat 99 cents included. Where your buyer paid the fee, it is returned to them as part of the refund. Nobody is left holding a charge for a sale that did not stand.
How do I know you are charging the right amount?
Every order appears in your dashboard with its face value, the fee added, what Stripe took and what was routed to you. You can check any figure yourself, at any time, and export the lot. Asking you to trust a total with no working shown would be a bad way to run this business.
Do you work in currencies other than US dollars?
We price in US dollars today. Multi-currency support is planned, and if you sell in another currency tell us during the application and we will be straight with you about whether we can settle reliably in your market yet.
