What it does

Inside Latin Vibes

From the first click to the scan at the door, and the numbers afterwards. Built for organisers who want to keep their own audience rather than rent access to someone else's.

01

Buying a ticket

What an attendee sees, from finding a night to paying for it.

Branded event pages

Every event gets its own page with venue, address, start time and a full description, under the Latin Vibes brand rather than buried in a marketplace listing beside competitors.

Browse by city and night

Attendees browse the whole programme by city, with featured nights up front, from reggaeton parties to salsa and bachata. One brand runs several cities without splitting into separate sites.

Tiered and group ticketing

General admission, 2-for-1, group-of-four bundles and VIP tables with bottle minimums, each with its own price, conditions and inventory.

Live inventory counters

Every tier shows exactly how many tickets remain. Real scarcity, shown honestly, converts better than any countdown banner.

Savings shown on the ticket

The regular price sits struck through beside the offer price, so buyers can see what they are actually saving rather than being told.

Countdown to the next event

A live countdown on the homepage keeps the next date in front of returning visitors.

Per-event FAQs and galleries

Age policy, refund rules, music and dress code answered on the page itself, alongside photo galleries from previous nights.

Native Android and iOS apps

Both stores, with push notifications for new events and early access, plus the account deletion flow the stores require.

02

Tickets and entry

What happens after payment, up to the moment someone walks in.

Tickets by email, as a PDF

As soon as payment goes through, the buyer receives an email with their tickets attached as a PDF, each ticket carrying its own QR code.

A download link for every ticket

Each ticket can also be downloaded from its own link, so a buyer who deletes the email or changes phones can get it back without asking anyone.

Door scanner web app

Door staff open the scanner in their phone's browser and scan each ticket's QR code at the entrance. There is no app to download and no special hardware to buy.

03

For organisers

The numbers and names behind every event, in the organiser's own hands.

Sales analytics

A dashboard shows how each event is selling while tickets are still on sale, so decisions about promotion and pricing are made on real numbers rather than guesses.

Attendee details

Every event has a page listing its attendees and their tickets, ready for the door, the guest list and following up after the night.

The audience list stays yours

Names and emails belong to the organiser and are exportable at any time. Marketplaces keep that data for themselves and rent it back to you.

04

Marketing and community

The tools that bring people back for the next night.

Newsletter and VIP list

Early access, exclusive discounts and VIP invitations to a list the organiser owns outright.

Reviews from past attendees

Reviews from people who have been to previous nights appear on the site, where new buyers look before they commit.

A blog on the brand's own domain

Articles about the nights, the music and the cities, published on the platform's own domain, so the search traffic they earn belongs to the brand.

Social and WhatsApp links

Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and WhatsApp are linked from the site, so people can follow and ask questions wherever they already are.

The commercial model

Paid per ticket, never per month.

There is no subscription and no setup cost. A small application fee comes out of each ticket sold, which means an event that does not sell costs the organiser nothing at all. It is the same arrangement we offer on client websites, applied to our own product.

Latin Vibes is our own brand, and its look stays its own. A platform we build for you has the same features, under your name, on your domain, with a design made for your brand rather than a copy of this one.

Want a platform like this for your events?

We build the same features under your own brand and design. No cost to start, and no cost at all if it does not sell.
